On her way to setting a world record...

Mindy completed her first two skydive jumps last weekend.

Team Jonoke members Raina and Al Christou jumped alongside their dog Mindy on her second jump. For this jump, she was with Dave, who has over 6,000 jumps under his belt and his USPA COP-D and CSPA - COP-C.

Mindy jumped out at 9,000 feet and was obviously very aware of what was going on. As each person moved toward her, she followed them with her eyes and head. In the photo below, taken by Jody Bevan, Team Jonoke’s videographer, Mindy "swims" as she skydives — her trademark style for freefall.

For Mindy’s harness, Jonoke worked closely with Flying High Manufacturing to custom-design the rig she wears. Flying High Manufacturing has made specialized skydive equipment for many movie stunt-people, in addition to other specialized rigging. The company also designs and manufactures Team Jonoke’s skydive equipment.
