We have been using Jonoke Software for more than 10 years. In 2006 we became involved in Manitoba Health's Physician Integrated Network project.
JonokeMed™ was easily used to extract and record the information needed to participate in this project.
JonokeMed™ was also quick to customize tools for our physicians to support them easily being able to meet the PIN project deliverables.
Our successful involvement in the Physician Integrated Network project has been in large part due to our using JonokeMed™.

Having worked in offices with various medical software programs that were far from satisfactory,
experiencing JonokeMed™ (MediFile©) was a welcome surprise. My experience with the software and the company
in the past decade has been very rewarding. Our clinic started with 2 family physicians/4 staff and has grown
to host an EMR network with 19 multi-specialty physicians and staff at 10-sites, multiple Primary Care Network staff
of varied professions, provide billing services for a dozen additional physicians working in the community.
Our 6 family physicians provide evening & weekend walk-in services 363 days a year. Our network users include nursing home

- FaxButler to fax letters, prescriptions & requisitions, and
- WebButler allowing external health professionals to communicate with JonokeMed™ users The support department are knowledgeable, reliable & resourceful. They are always professional, accountable, and easily accessible.
They have a well organized monitoring system that is consistent and predictable. The seamless interface with our provincial Netcare demographic database has increased our productivity immensely;
creating a new chart with up to date billing information in a matter of seconds is invaluable and has decreased our rejected claims. One-on-one training, webex conferences and video viewing on the web site have all been very helpful to our users." We certainly have been able to access the EMR from our local
hospital and our satelite walk-in clinic. My patients are able to book limited
appointments and view appropriate lab work on-line through the JonokeMed™ WebButler™.
This system has allowed us complete flexibilty in creating our own auto populating templates for exams,
letters, etc as well as patient information. This is all available from a single click from within the patient's chart. Recently we are being asked to perform patient panel queries by Alberta Health Services.
JonokeMed™ is well equiped to allow us to build and perform searches on virtually all patient information.
It allows us to set up screening alerts to manage time sensitive preventative screening guidlines automatically. The provincial government, by controlling funding, is pushing for us to chose one of three other EMR providers.

about the JonokeMed™ System from an administrator's point
of view. It will be five years ago in January that we
recommended to Glazier medical Centre partners that they
convert to the Jonoke JonokeMed™ (CMR) system. This was
after careful study and a short list of six available
vendors. Our goal at that time was to be on the
leading edge of technology and to deal with a monstrous
chartroom that had long since exceeded its capacity. It is refreshing to be able to confirm
that all of our physicians are using the JonokeMed™ system
with confidence and that two years ago we converted the
dead chartroom space into six Dental Operatory rooms providing
a significant revenue stream for the physicians in our
clinic. With your capable help and the reliable JonokeMed™
system we have clearly achieved our initial goals and
look forward to a promising future as we mutually meet
the challenges of technology and the never ending demands

With their previous EMR they still had a lot of paper in their clinic, and this created a lot of small charts that took up a lot of room.
They just couldn't get rid of the paper as the system didn't handle all their information needs.
Therefore they had a lot of paper charts with only 1 to 10 pieces of paper in them. When the clinic moved to JonokeMed™ these many paper charts were an obvious target to
scan into JonokeMed™ to save room. Once the doctors and staff became comfortable that JonokeMed™ would actually store all their information they needed, they
decided to move these small charts into JonokeMed™. They scanned in all of these small charts into JonokeMed™ and shredded the paper charts.
This permitted the clinic to save enough space to create a walk-in clinic area with a waiting room, 4 exam rooms, and a doctor's office where these charts were once stored. Cheryl Kennedy and her team generously supplied Jonoke with some visual reference of
their journey to their paperless office. They also injected humour into the issue of dealing with the large amount of
