Jonoke Software Is ISO 9001 Registered!

ISO represents an international standard of quality that is accepted throughout North America, Europe and Asia. As an ISO-registered company, Jonoke is required to maintain very high quality standards throughout its operations.

“ISO registration is the crowning achievement of several months of hard work by everyone here at Jonoke,” asserts Glen Baxter, Jonoke’s Quality Assurance Manager. “Many companies pay lip service to quality. At Jonoke, we’ve taken the time, effort and expense to have our commitment to quality independently verified.”

Jonoke’s readiness was verified by QCB Inc, an independent, Edmonton-based registrar with worldwide experience. The honour of ISO registration was officially bestowed upon Jonoke after an intense audit. This audit was especially stringent due to the fact that QCB was itself being audited by the Dutch Council for Accreditation (RvA), a governing body whose accreditation is accepted in over 110 countries.

Simply put, ISO registration is what companies get so as to prove that they have quality control processes in place and that they really follow them. By following ISO guidelines, Jonoke has developed a solid framework under which we can objectively manage:
(1) the quality and productivity of our work environment; (2) the quality of the products we create and sell; and (3) the quality of the services we provide.

ISO registration is not a one-time thing — to retain its registration, Jonoke must continue to submit itself to regular audits by independent external auditors.

The ability of any employee to report a quality issue is one of the fundamental requirements of ISO registration. Once a problem is reported, the manager of the affected area gets involved. The root cause of the problem is identified and remedial steps are taken. This culture of continuous improvement — along with an independently audited quality infrastructure — is yet another reason why Jonoke continues to stand out amongst its competitors.
