The successful candidate will work with our team of CSRs, who provide support to clinics and hospitals around the world. We are seeking people who are articulate, speakng English well and without a strong accent, so people on the phone will be able to understand. The ability to write clearly for documentation and for communications with the client is very important. Good typing skills are a must for completing the job tasks. Good analytical skills and the ability to communicate and build relationships over the phone is key to success in this position. We have 3 levels of support staff; therefore, there is room to grow within our support team.
