Password Recovery

It is possible to automatically retrieve your password, provided you have already set up a backup e-mail address to use in this circumstance; see Password for information on configuring this.

To recover your forgotten password:

1. On the Login page, click 'I forget my password'.
2. On the Password Recovery page, enter your login (user) name in the text field.
3. Click .

A message will be sent to your backup e-mail address, containing your current password. You may wish to change your password the next time you log in, for the sake of security and memorization; see Password for information on changing your password.
