Jonoke WebMail can be accessed starting at the following URL:

http://jonoke.com:8100

Notice there is no 'www' in the URL, as this address contacts the mail server directly rather than the web server. The ':8100' specifies the port number used to access the web-based e-mail.

If your browser cannot open the login page, make sure you include the 'http://' in the address field of your browser; some browsers will fail to automatically add this portion, and may not be able to reach the mail server properly. If you have verified the URL and still cannot reach the login page, there may be a problem with your Internet connection, or with Jonoke's mail server.

To log in to WebMail:

1. Enter your username in the first field. Your username is the portion of your e-mail address before '@jonoke.com'.
2. Enter your password in the second field. As you type, the characters will appear as asterisks.
3. Click .
