Jonoke Reseller Network (JRN)
The JRN Program is designed for established hardware resellers, authorizing them to sell the JonokeMed™ paperless medical office system. Companies wishing to become a JRN Member must have a business model that features a high commitment to client satisfaction, ensuring that the clients expectations are met. By becoming a JRN Member, you have a great opportunity to sell additional products and services to clients who will be using a mission-critical system. Through the JRN Program, you will generate sales of hardware and networks, and ongoing service contracts, together with your JonokeMed™ sales.
This program authorizes Value Added Resellers and systems integrators to sell JonokeMed™ along with the other products and services they sell. As an authorized JRN Member, you become a part of a community of highly skilled, dedicated, professional associates committed to helping its clients become more efficient and productive. The JRN Program adds exceptional value to your business through extensive sales, marketing and technical support.
Authorized JRN Members must meet several preliminary and ongoing requirements to ensure that customer service remains at the highest level for all clients.
As a bonus, all JRNs are given an automatic silver tier certification.
Guided Product Demonstrations
A demonstration of software like JonokeMed™ is essential during the sales process. Jonoke has established a method for this courtesy of WebEx, a company whose software allows a live presentation to anyone with an Internet connection and a computer. Using WebEx, a Jonoke salesperson will host an online presentation of the software for your prospective client. This provides you with a professional presentation by a knowledgeable person right in your office, or at the client site.
Sales and marketing team managers assist in the development of sales opportunities through training, seminars, joint/conference sales calls, conferences and other events. An internal marketing support department provides a centralized forum for day-to-day needs, such as lead qualification, distribution and order processing.

As a JRN you will be given coded access to Jonokes private online partner network. This site, found via www.jonoke.com, provides an array of information and marketing tools. These tools may include direct marketing templates, demonstration scripts, seminar packages and sales presentations. Information on the latest promotions and newest sales techniques employed by Jonoke may also be found here. This feature is not yet available; check back for updates.
We set you up and provide you with the training necessary to generate your own leads, and Jonoke will also assist you in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to create your sales leads. You may elect to set up a direct marketing campaign to invite prospective customers to a presentation; Jonoke will provide a sales representative to assist with the presentation. As a Partner, you may also receive referrals by word-of-mouth (from current Jonoke clients), advertisements, web site features and other activities.
JRNs are able to request pre-sale technical support through our toll-free number (1-800-254-0739). Training courses provide JRNs with recommended sales methods and technical understanding. Your sales training focuses on why the JonokeMed™ solution is the single superior choice for clinics and on the benefits of using the software, as well as an understanding of the needs of potential clients. The technical component of the course will describe both the minimum and recommended infrastructure for the JonokeMed™ solution.
The VAR reward program includes a three-tiered system related to your success in generating sales as a JRN. VARs have the added benefit of retaining all sales rights to a client once an initial sale has been made; should the client contact Jonoke for further buying needs, they will be forwarded on to their original VAR.
The VAR reward program includes a three tiered system related to your success in generating sales as a JRN. Used to specify benefits, these tiers are representative of your annual sales volume. Depending on your level, you may be eligible for discounts on training sessions and/or conferences, in addition to the added benefit of VARs retaining all sales rights once the initial sale has been made; should the client contact Jonoke for further buying needs, they would be forwarded on to their original VAR.
The three tiers are Bronze, Silver and Gold:
1. The bronze tier recognizes 3% of the sale of JonokeMed™ and sales volume must be equal to or above $30,000.
2. The silver tier recognizes 5% of the sale of JonokeMed™ and sales volume must be equal to or above $100,000.
3. The gold tier recognizes 7% of the sale, and sales volume must be equal to or exceed $200,000.
If a JRN drops below the $30,000/annum (Bronze) sales volume and
does not show the effort deemed necessary to increase sales back
up to this minimum level, at Jonokes discretion, de-certification
A JRN must demonstrate a working knowledge of what makes a JonokeMed™ sale. This demonstration of knowledge will be in the form of mock demonstrations, tests and other such evaluations by Jonoke. Every effort will be made to help keep a JRN at a level that is beneficial to both Jonoke and the JRNs business. However, if the efforts needed to achieve this are obviously not being put forth by the JRN, at Jonokes discretion, de-certification may occur.
All JRNs are required to attend a training session in which the fundamentals of selling JonokeMed™ will be explored. This one week session must occur prior to the testing cycle, and therefore must precede any certification. Throughout the certification process, and while a JRNs certification is valid, additional training may be deemed appropriate by Jonoke. This will always be necessary for continued certification.
Each of the tiers laid out above has its own set of benefits. These tiers are representative of your sales volume. If a JRN drops below the Bronze tier $30,000/annum sales volume minimum, and does not show the effort needed to increase sales back up to an acceptable level, at Jonokes discretion, de-certification may occur. JRNs will be subject to the call of their previous clients in relation to further sales requirements.
