Value Added Reseller Program

Jonoke Preferred Partner (JPP)

This program is designed for those individuals or companies that intend to dedicate substantial resources to the sale, installation, and ongoing support of clients using Jonoke’s medical office solution. A JPP will have the resources and demonstrated ability to promote, sell, install, and support JonokeMed™.

With the JPP designation you will be given the highest level of access to Jonoke’s training, marketing, and leads systems, over and above the other VAR certifications (JRN, MCC). The JPP certificate is the most advantageous – and carries with it the highest level of commitment.

Benefits

Marketing/Sales

A JPP should be a largely self-sufficient business, though your interest in this certification may include strengthening your client base. At this, the greatest level of Jonoke VAR certification, you have the benefit of Jonoke putting it’s full weight behind you, to ensure your success. The JPP designation shows you are a power member in a wide group of highly skilled professionals. Jonoke places the greatest importance on providing JPPs with the widest set of sales tools. As a JPP, you will develop the strength of your staff exponentially, via the highest level of training and conferencing, online partner relations, and an open sharing of leads. This is where all Jonoke VARs should want to be.

Support/Training

You will have access to more advanced training processes, and be given the highest discounts on attending these sessions and conferences. What this means to you is the ability to receive more training at a lower cost.

Business

The VAR reward program includes a three-tiered system related to your success in generating sales as a JRN. VARs have the added benefit of retaining all sales rights to a client once an initial sale has been made; should the client contact Jonoke for further buying needs, they will be forwarded on to their original VAR.

The VAR program uses the three tiers to specify benefits. The tiers are representative of your annual sales volume. Depending on your level, you may be eligible for discounts on training sessions and/or conferences. The three tiers are Bronze, Silver and Gold:

1. Bronze tier recognizes 5% of the sale of JonokeMed™ and must have a sales numbers equal to or above $50,000

2. Silver recognizes 10% of the sale of JonokeMed™ and must have sales numbers equal to or above $125,000.

3. Gold recognizes 15% of the sale, and sales volume must equal or exceed $250,000.

If a JPP drops below the Bronze level $50,000/annum sales volume and does not show the effort deemed necessary to increase sales back up to this minimum level, at Jonoke’s discretion, de-certification may occur.

Your rewards from this benefit scale will not be your primary income; you will be generating your largest profits on the service side of the agreements.

Once deemed appropriate, the re-brandable Freedom© software will become available.

Requirements

Marketing/Sales

A JPP is expected to meet higher sales requirements than a JRN. As well, a JPP must have an acceptable number of MCCs on staff, at Jonoke’s discretion.

Support/Training

All JPPs must attend the one week training session, the same as a JRN. However, a JPP is also subject to the introductory classes that an MCC must attend. This combined set of classes will help the managing JPP organization be familiar with what their MCC staff does. Also, staff expertise in provincial health care billing for your region is essential.

Business

JPPs are subject to the tier system still. The JPP will also be subject to the measurement of productivity levels of MCCs on staff.
