Description

How to create/print historical and current prescriptions

Detail

To Enter Historical Prescriptions For A Patient:
When entering the new rx as a historical record, find the BY button on the top left hand side. Click on the BY button (not on the small blue arrow beside it) until "HX" appears in the small window below the BY button. This means that you can enter the past historical prescription and that they will not print out.

To Enter A Prescription For Printing Out:
It will always print out the prescription of that day only. If you want to renew and print out prescriptions in the ACTIVE area listed as history from visits. Select the rx for renewal. Insure the small window below the BY button indicates JOR. Click on the PRESCRIBE button. Click on the PRINT RX button to print out the prescription.

Note: Remember unless the prescription has the HX in the By area it will print out the prescription record.
