Printing Ontario Remittance Advice File

Description

Some people have requested that they be provided the ability to print out the remittance advice file that is sent back by OHIP. What we have done is to print out a portion of the information sent back in this file. It prints out a report that will indicate enough information to identify the billing record it relates to.

Detail

1. File --> Administration
2. Click on the new Print Reconcile File button located in the lower right of page 1.



This brings up a dialog that lets you limit the amount of information that MediFile will print out.

3. Select the items to print out via the dialog.



If you only want to print out the RA for a specific account, you can do this by selecting this in the popup below the ‘All Accounts’ checkbox.

You can also ask that MediFile only print out those claims where there is an Explanatory Code in the RA.
Once you have identified to MediFile is to print out, click on the OK button.

MediFile will then ask you to select the file you want to print out from. Once you do this, MediFile will begining to print out the file.
