Preferences for Butler Computer ONLY
Go to the File menu and select Computer preferences
Go to the Butler Tasks Tab
Fill in the Seconds between Tasks (suggested 4), Turn on I am a Label Butler, Name the Butler (your choice)

Preferences for All user computers including the Butler

Next go to the Printing Tab
Set the # of Lines on a label (1”=7 lines)
Spaces on left side (suggested 2)
Lines to back up at Start (Suggested is 6)
Delay time for Labels( suggest 1 or 2 to start)
Turn on Eii Printer light Switch
Turn on Use label Butler Switch
Name the label butler the same as you did on the previous tab of the label butler computer only.

Go to the Printer Controls Tab and make sure the printer settings are correct and save the settings
Click the Check mark to save the computer prefs.

ON the Butler computer only
Go under the Task menu and select “Start Butler” As long as this is running label will be able to be printed from the machine that has the lableler attatched to it.

The butler machine can also be used as a regular computer but it may be a bit slower since it is processing all the print jobs to the labeler.

Now When you user the label button all labels will go to the one bulter.
