Items not Billed

(more than one appt with same appt #)

Description

This technote describes how to fix billings that say “Not billed -- More than one appointment with the same Appt # :”

On the Second page of the Administration Corner, select Appointments from the Clinic Schedule drop down list.



Click on the Show All button.
Click on the Find button.
Click on the @Search button.

Enter in the Area Account and the Appointment Date for the billings that are not being billed.



When the selection of records shows up, go to the File menu and select Change Values.



From the drop down list “the Field,” select ApptNum.



Click on the check box beside "Increment Value," and place a ‘1’ in the first box.



Click on the Change button at the top of the screen, and then click on "Change" if you are sure that these are the records you want to change.



You can rebill these appointments from the Bill Daysheet, and they will all have a unique appointment number, so the Not Billed status should not show up.
