Every JonokeMed™ user is authenticated by the system from log in to sign off. But JonokeMed™ goes the extra mile by allowing you to keep a record of certain activity, such as record deletion.
Login Records
The security measures at JonokeMed™'s "front door" are complemented by an ongoing log of when each user has signed in. This record can be used to verify what accounts are in use for system access, and may reveal user accounts whose confidentiality has been compromised.
A login record details the user account used for access, time/date, and the IP and MAC addresses of the computer on which the login was used. This opens up the possibility of controlling access not only by login information, but also by computer details; the unique combination of IP and MAC addresses for a given machine can be used as yet another level of authentication.
Data Modification
File modification or deletion is a serious thing. The strengths of computerized data systems can also be their weaknesses in the wrong hands, or at least a liability in the case of accidental data change or loss.

JonokeMed™'s audit trail shows an action-by-action register of changes to the database, with time/date, username, action, file name, and the changes themselves listed.
