The information stored in your JonokeMed™ database is highly accessible, thanks to the extensive integration of this data with the system's many tools. But in some cases this information shouldn't just reside there to be found – it demands more attention at critical moments.

For example, if a patient has a critical allergy which would be aggravated by certain prescriptions, it would be imperative this allergy be brought to your attention sooner than later. A less dire example involves scheduling, where you may need to book off an afternoon, so your staff should be aware they mustn't create appointments for that period. These situations are taken care of thanks to Alerts and Calendar Notes (see below).

Likewise, JonokeMed™ "errs on the side of safety," particularly when modifying or deleting data.

If you haven't saved information before exiting a screen, JonokeMed™ asks if you would like to. If you are about to modify one or more records, JonokeMed™ verifies you wish to do this. If you are permanently deleting information, JonokeMed™ alerts you.

Alerts

Similar to cautionary messages, Alerts allow you to draw attention to something important in a specific patient record, such as an allergy, billing issue, or similar warning.

Calendar Notes

The Appointment Scheduler can be used to feature important events or other scheduling considerations. This is an easy way to avoid problems with scheduling.
