JonokeMed™ Clients receive complimentary access to the secure Client Area -JERMS, which features a number of knowledge and information tools.

JERMS Client Area - this feature ties you directly into Jonoke's own, custom support tracking system, in order to view information about your clinic's support calls and the progress on those items. Each 'call' is given a specific call number, which can be used to quickly locate a record.

Manuals and Guides - The documentation team at Jonoke Software continually works at updating JonokeMed's helpful software Manuals. This process has also provided an opportunity to produce smaller Guides, which focus on specific areas of the software. All these documents are provided online in PDF format, for clients to download as desired.

Knowledge Base - Jonoke support staff often produce concise documentation for a specific support issue, initially to help one client. That document may be adapted for general reference as part of JERMs Knowledge Base available in the client area.

Newsletters - The JonokeMed™ Newsletter is written by Jonoke staff and may include articles contributed by Clients. Produced annually on average, the newsletter is a compilation of news and events about or related to JonokeMed™. Current and past newsletters are available for download, in PDF format.
