This straightforward set of tools is designed to guide you through any of an assortment of clinical evaluations. Some involve basic yes-or-no questions, while others perform calculations based on values you enter (such as the Body Mass Index assistant).

For example, the CAGE Questionnaire, for screening possible alcoholism, presents the CAGE series of evaluative questions.

By highlighting (clicking) on the questions to which the patient provides a positive answer, the dialog generates encounter notes to reflect the answers. After only a few mouse clicks, the questionnaire can be completed, and the results appended to the encounter information.
