Freedom allows you to keep costs down by only incurring support charges when you need it. Support via telephone, fax, e-mail, and online, are all available to you on an as-needed basis. Your support expense will only decrease, as you become more familiar with the system.

Freedom is not tied to an annual support fee, so you can set your own limits for support costs, within whatever time frame suits you. Meanwhile, that support is always there when you need it.

Updates & Enhancements

Freedom starts as a powerful foundation for your computerized medical office system — but certainly doesn't stop there. As you adjust to the software, it can also adjust to you, with enhancements and upgrades per your design. Unlike many other EMR systems, with Freedom you only purchase customization as you need or want it. You are not required to purchase updates or enhancements.
