Appointment Management

The Appointment Scheduler is your primary tool when coordinating patients and staff. It is a central feature for your JonokeMed™ network, allowing all staff to work with the same, up-to-date calendar of appointments. Changes to the schedule for any specific doctor or room are automatically visible across the system.

This powerful scheduling system has features and benefits that extend throughout your practice, and provide an intuitive user experience.

Patient Status

JonokeMed™ allows you to track the status of specific rooms in your clinic. Other JonokeMed™ users can then view the status of these rooms and know when they’re busy, free, or need to be cleaned. Similarly, the movement of patients throughout your clinic can be tracked. This leads to more timely service for patients and the ability to tell where in the clinic or hospital a given patient is at any given time. Each workstation can be configured to monitor the status of specific rooms.

Walk-ins

The Walk-In module was created to allow the user to enter appointment information quickly. Depending on the needs of your office, you may use the walk-in module as a stand-alone unit or in conjunction with the Appointment Scheduler. The Walk-In module will only display the appointment information for a single patient on a certain day, whereas the Appointment Scheduler displays all the appointments for an area account.

Multiple Layouts

Users have a number of options for how they want their scheduler to look, depending on their needs:
Month View w/ Calendar for day-at-a-glance management of one area/doctor at a time, with quick calendar access
Multi Time-Area for managing up to 6 areas/doctors at once, with tasks visible
Multi-Area for day-at-a-glance management of up to 9 areas/doctors at once, designed for time-slot control
Weekly management of an area/doctor, for any Monday-Sunday period
