Our Client Area now connects you directly to JERMS™, Jonoke's database used to track the progress of your support services, faxes, e-mails, telephone calls, and orders. From Jonoke's Client Area you can now check the status of your clinic's calls, add details to your calls, and look at the solution we have provided to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Logging into the Client Area with a unique user name helps to ensure secure access and confidentiality of your own client reports. Please Do NOT share your user name and password.
